Excellent dynamic balance performance of beating-up structure
On the basis of stable frame structure, HCH Water Jet Loom realizes stable dynamic balance by systematic design of beating-up system and its associated components (including beating rod and rear beam).
High-speed weft drawing with ample time
Four-bar linkage beating which is suitable for high-speed narrow weaving scope is adopted, and six-bar linkage beating is adopted in wide weaving scope which can leave enough time for weft drawing. In such way, steady weft drawing is realized.
Shedding system with steady warp dynamic tension
The best weaving parameters reduce the friction of yarn and realize satisfying warp shedding, so the weft striking performance is improved.
Improvement of operation
The loom structure is adjusted which shorten the operation distance and improve the operation convenience. ETU and ELO which can be adopted according to the customer's will achieve a convenient transformation of weft density.
Steady weaving
HCH series of Water Jet Looms add a vertical axis, so the speed, efficiency and stability, etc. can be improved highly. And the cloth can be woven with more colors and various density. Meanwhile, cloth longitude inclining style can prevent the movement of the weaving mouth to realize steady manufacture.
Accurate positioning stop
Rush start motor is used which realizes supreme speed of the loom start torque and can avoid the relaxation of weft yarn when at stop mark and first weft striking. The electromagnetism arrester of large capacity is jointed directly to the brace axle, and then the loom can stop directly and accurately.
